Permanent Exhibit

In addition to a variety of programs and exhibits for all age groups, the Museum features a permanent exhibit of local valley history. This exhibit begins with geology and concludes with contemporary times. It features California Indians, especially those who once lived in the San Ramon Valley. It also depicts the Rancho period, the Gold Rush, early settlers and the development of towns and modern day suburbs. Docents are on duty when the museum is open.
